Modern Slavery Statement
A zero‑tolerance
commitment.
Introduction
This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps taken by Transatlantic Entertainment to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not present in our business or supply chain during the statement period April 2025 to March 2026.
Transatlantic Entertainment is a PR and communications agency based in London, serving clients across technology, finance, and consumer sectors. Our registered address is 35 Ballards Lane, London, N3 1XW.
Our Commitment
Transatlantic Entertainment has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking in all its forms. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships, and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking do not take place anywhere in our supply chain.
We expect the same high standards from all our contractors, suppliers, and business partners.
Our Supply Chain
As a professional services firm, our supply chain is limited in scope and low in complexity. It consists primarily of:
- Digital infrastructure and software-as-a-service providers (cloud hosting, communications tools, productivity platforms).
- Freelance contractors and consultants engaged on a project basis, all of whom are based in the UK or EU.
- Professional services providers including accountancy, legal, and design services.
- Office supplies and facilities.
We do not manufacture goods, operate production facilities, or engage complex multi-tier supply chains. The risk profile of our operations is considered low.
Risk Assessment
We have assessed the risk of modern slavery within our business and supply chain as low, given:
- Our workforce is small, UK-based, and directly employed or engaged under formal written agreements.
- Our suppliers are predominantly established UK and EU technology and professional services companies operating under robust regulatory frameworks.
- We do not operate in industries or geographies identified as high-risk for modern slavery.
Whilst we assess overall risk as low, we remain vigilant and continue to review our processes as we grow.
Due Diligence
We take the following steps to identify and address potential risks in our supply chain:
- Reviewing new suppliers and contractors prior to engagement, with particular attention to working conditions and business practices.
- Including appropriate contractual provisions in agreements with suppliers and contractors, requiring compliance with applicable laws including the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
- Preferring suppliers who have their own modern slavery policies or equivalent ethical standards.
- Monitoring our supply chain on an ongoing basis and reviewing key relationships periodically.
Training and Awareness
We raise awareness of modern slavery risks within our team as part of our broader commitment to ethical business conduct. All team members are made aware of:
- What modern slavery and human trafficking look like in practice.
- How to identify warning signs in business relationships and supply chains.
- How to report concerns confidentially.
Reporting Concerns
Anyone who has concerns about potential modern slavery within our business or supply chain is encouraged to raise them immediately. Reports can be made confidentially by email to info@transatlanticent.com. All reports will be taken seriously, investigated promptly, and handled with discretion.
Continuous Improvement
We are committed to reviewing and improving our approach to preventing modern slavery each year. Future steps may include formalising supplier assessment processes, expanding training, and strengthening contractual safeguards as our business grows.
