We're looking for a senior PR consultant to join our small but high-performing team and lead on some of our most ambitious, fast-paced technology accounts – primarily B2B. This is an opportunity to shape the future of early-stage PR by offering senior-level counsel to founders and investors, crafting compelling campaigns, and executing high-impact media strategies.

What You'll Be Doing

• Senior client lead for the agency's key accounts, advising founders, investors, and senior stakeholders with strategic counsel.
• Running hard-working press offices, generating media coverage in the absence of 'new news', and identifying national media angles within niche trade-sector announcements.
• Developing and executing PR campaigns – from creative brief to delivery – ensuring they align with business objectives and media appetite.
• Owning the editorial strategy, identifying compelling media angles and securing coverage in national, business, and trade press.
• Planning and executing fundraising comms strategies, helping early-stage startups and scale-ups position themselves effectively for investment rounds.
• Monitoring industry trends to anticipate media opportunities, advising clients on public positioning, crisis comms, and reputation management.
• Managing freelancers and internal resources, ensuring accounts remain profitable and deliver high-impact results.
• Growing and nurturing media relationships, securing interviews, feature opportunities, and thought leadership placements.
• Driving agency growth, contributing to new business development, supporting pitches, and identifying opportunities to expand existing client relationships.
• Being an integral part of the agency's leadership team, working closely with the CEO and MD to shape agency strategy and growth.

What We're Looking For

• Significant experience in a PR agency with focus on B2B tech and investment PR.
• Proven track record of securing top-tier media coverage in national, business, and sector-specific press.
• Strategic thinker with experience providing senior counsel to founders, executives, and investors.
• Ability to see media opportunities where others don't – turning niche trade announcements into national stories.
• A strong press office operator who can create media angles in the absence of hard news.
• Experience managing fundraising communications strategies, helping clients navigate funding rounds and investment narratives.
• Experience managing multiple accounts, delegating work, and overseeing freelancers to deliver results.
• A problem-solver with the ability to anticipate challenges and provide clients with proactive, strategic guidance.
• A solid sector knowledge and keen interest in AI trends.
• Comfortable working remotely in an agile, results-driven environment.
